Whether in full-time ministry, a leader in the business/public sector, or married to a leader, the pressures of daily life are enormous. Navigating faith, life, and leadership all at the same time can be very challenging.
Since 1996, the team at One Way Ministries has walked alongside pastors and marketplace leaders.
From a desire to unify the Body of Christ, invest in the lives of Kingdom leaders, and advance the gospel, a unique full-time ministry was developed.

Why Focus On Leaders?
Over the years, we realized that we can make a distinct contribution in the lives of the people God has called into leadership. We’ve become students of Biblical leadership, its joys as well as its stresses and strains.
We believe that by creating opportunities where deep investments can be made in the lives of Kingdom leaders, we will see Kingdom companies, Kingdom Ministries and Kingdom churches advancing the gospel in every city where we work.
We care not only for leaders but also for their spouses and families. We especially want to see women who are married to pastors empowered and enriched because of their unique role.

OWM’s Statement of Faith
One Way Ministries has been part of the evangelical movement in Canada for over 20 years.
We Believe:
The Holy Scriptures, as originally given by God, are divinely inspired, infallible, entirely trustworthy, and constitute the supreme authority in all matters of faith and conduct.
There is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
The salvation of lost and sinful humanity is possible only through the merits of the shed blood of the Lord Jesus Christ, received by faith apart from works, and is characterized by regeneration by the Holy Spirit.
The Holy Spirit enables believers to live a holy life, to witness and work for the Lord Jesus Christ.
The Church, the body of Christ, consists of all true believers. Ultimately God will judge the living and the dead, those who are saved unto the resurrection of life, those who are lost unto the resurrection of eternal death.

A Divine Connection that Made a Huge Difference
One Way became an important community of partnership for me personally and for our ministry in general. From special events, to networking and learning opportunities, I was deeply encouraged, challenged and connected. The quality, intentionality and variety of all the events and ministries that One Way initiates is quite inspiring. The One Way space and resource team have been an indispensable resource.
It has been my experience, and I know the reality for many others, that One Way has made possible many great friendships, brought support for isolated leaders, fostered unity in the Church and facilitated region-wide ministry. I have come to respect and trust how One Way provides compassionate, strategic and prayerful ministry for Christian leaders.
