Who is discipling you in your work? Not your Sunday attendance. Not your personal faith life. But the real decisions you carry every day — hiring, firing, risk, pressure, growth, money, leadership.

Many faith-driven entrepreneurs are building faithfully… but largely alone. And that was never the design. We’re gathering a group of entrepreneurs and pastors to change that.

Last year, something significant happened when entrepreneurs and pastors gathered in the same room:

• Entrepreneurs realized they’re not alone
• Pastors began to understand the weight you carry
• A new kind of partnership started forming—not transactional, but discipleship in the context of real work

We named the gap honestly: many entrepreneurs feel unseen by the Church, and many churches don’t yet know how to walk with entrepreneurs. But when that changes…everything changes.

This isn’t a conference you attend and leave unchanged. It’s a room you step into with others who are building, risking, leading, and seeking to follow Jesus in it.

One more invitation – If you have a pastor who knows you—or who should know the weight you carry, would you consider inviting them to come with you? This room becomes even more powerful when you don’t come alone.
